Bullard Tapped as President of Viacom Japan

TOKYO/HONG KONG/LONDON, October 27: Peter Bullard has been
promoted to the newly created position of president of Viacom Japan, overseeing
MTV Networks' linear and digital programming services, as well as other
ancillary businesses, in the Japanese marketplace.

"Peter has been instrumental in driving the growth of
our businesses across brands and platforms in Japan and throughout Asia over
the years," said Bill Roedy, the president of MTVNI, to whom Bullard will
report. "Japan will continue to be one of our biggest international growth
markets as we fast-track the development of FLUX, MTV and Nickelodeon to
enhance our connection with Japanese audiences. Peter's strong leadership and
passion for our brands will fuel our growth in Japan across all of our
businesses, including TV, mobile, broadband and consumer products."

The leader of each of the businesses will report into
Bullard, including Yu Sasamoto, president/CEO of MTV Japan; Tony Elison, SVP
and GM of digital media at Viacom Japan; and Ed Wells, VP and GM of Nickelodeon
Japan.

Bullard was previously EVP and MD of Viacom Japan, following
a stint as EVP and MD of MTV Asia's Network Group in Singapore. Prior to that,
he was SVP and MD of MTVN Southeast Asia. He joined MTVN Asia in August 1999 as
VP of ad sales.
