Breakthrough Closes Raft of Deals

TORONTO, September 18:
Breakthrough Entertainment has completed several broadcast deals for its
factual, drama, documentary and children’s programming with broadcasters such
as Cartoon Network Latin America, TV4 in Sweden and Channel 4 in Finland.

In Canada, APTN picked up
the series The Adventures of Dudley the Dragon, while MEN TV acquired It Seems Like Yesterday. TV4 landed Crime Stories, AB Groupe in France licensed War of the Wheels and SKAI in Greece picked up Disasters of the
Century
.

Spektrum HBO Europe
secured Streets of the World, Truth
Duty Valour
and Re-Inventors, which was also acquired by Polsat in Poland and
TV2 in Norway. Season three of Atomic Betty has been licensed to Cartoon Network Latin America.
Channel 4 in Finland acquired Plastic Makes Perfect and Patient Files. YES Network in Israel picked up Cradle of Lies.
