Bender Media to Represent Raggs in Latin America

CHARLOTTE: Bender Media Services is set to represent the preschool series Raggs for distribution in the U.S. and Latin American territories.

The live action and animated musical TV series produced from 2006 to 2008 in Sydney currently airs on public TV stations in the U.S. and in countries such as Australia, Ireland and Israel. Raggs stars a music-loving dog and his four musical friends who play rock & roll music together as The Raggs Band. The series consists of 195 half-hour episodes, 200 original songs, an interactive website and other assets that will be shared with Latin American partners.

Toni Steedman, the president of Blue Socks Media and the owner of the Raggs series, commented: “The Hispanic market is very important to us, but we wanted to make sure all of the pieces were properly aligned to deliver the full Raggs brand to our Latin American partners and fans…and finding Susan Bender was a critical part of our decision process.”
