Alphanim Taps Al Ovadia & Associates for Galactik Football in the U.S.

LOS ANGELES/PARIS, July 20: The French animation studio
Alphanim has appointed Al Ovadia & Associates as the U.S. distribution and
licensing agent for the animated series Galactik Football.

Under the deal, Al Ovadia & Associates has been granted
the rights to pursue distribution agreements for Galactik Football across broadcast, home entertainment, motion
pictures, wireless and Internet video-on-demand. The company will also handle
licensing and merchandising of the Galactik Football brand.

Created and produced in Paris by Alphanim’s in-house team, Galactik
Football is a mix of 2D-animated
storytelling with 3D-CGI football action. Alphanim used motion capture to
replicate the moves of real professional footballers, acrobatic stunt experts
and character actors.

Christian Davin, the founder and CEO of Alphanim, commented:
