Comedy Central UK Recommissions Three U.K. Originals

Jimmy Carr’s Am I The A**hole?, Iain Stirling’s Roast the Internet and Stupid Central have been recommissioned by Comedy Central UK.

“It’s been great to see all three of these new commissions resonating so well with Comedy Central UK viewers,” said Iestyn Barker, VP of original series and development at MTV Entertainment Studios. “Alongside Rosie Jones’ Out of Order, which aired its second series earlier this year, we are delighted to have this strong and varied slate of returning U.K. originals for 2026.”

Jimmy Carr’s Am I The A**hole? Is produced and created by Tuesday’s Child, and Iain Stirling’s Roast the Internet and Stupid Central are presented by Babatundé Aléshé, both produced in-house by MTV Entertainment Studios.

“Building on the success of the subreddit, we always hoped the show would resonate and turns out, people love watching Jimmy, GK and Jamali roast strangers’ questionable behavior almost as much as the internet loves submitting it, with viewers turning judges as the conversations continued online, delivering a 360 engagement in the a**holery debate,” said Steph Harris, creative director at Tuesdays Child.

“We’re bringing back Am I the A**hole and I’m hosting again,” said Carr. “I guess Comedy Central figure, when it comes to a**holes, ‘game recognizes game’. If you’ve got a friend who’s an a**hole, get in touch.”
