Little Dot Studios Bolsters Senior Leadership

Little Dot Studios has bolstered its senior leadership team with the appointments of Will Ingham as chief creative officer, Camilla Eden Davies as chief marketing officer and Dino Burbridge as interim chief innovation officer.

“As we pick up speed into 2026, the momentum across the business globally is hugely exciting, with amazing work already being produced and released, products being developed and launched, and new, more effective ways of working being rolled out,” said Dan Jones, CEO of Little Dot Studios. “Alongside delivering on our plans for this year, we’ve also been spending a lot of time planning for the longer-term future of the group. These leadership appointments are a key part of that.”

As chief creative officer, Ingham will be responsible for defining and embedding a global creative approach across Little Dot Studios, helping to further cultivate an environment of creative inspiration. Linked to Ingham’s expanded group role, Tessa Ingham has been promoted to managing director of WING, where Ingham holds a leadership role.

Following her role as group commercial marketing director, Eden-Davies has been promoted to Little Dot’s first chief marketing officer. In her new position, she will lead Little Dot Studios’ marketing strategy globally.

As interim chief innovation officer, Burbidge will also work across Little Dot Studios, WING and History Hit, acting as an innovation advocate for the group.

In addition, Holly Graham, currently chief commercial officer, will take on the expanded role of chief commercial and strategy officer. Working closely with Jones, Graham will help shape the next five years of Little Dot Studios’ growth strategy.

“Creativity, brand and innovation sit at the heart of everything we do and bringing those disciplines together at senior level ensures we continue to challenge ourselves as we scale,” added Jones. “Combined with Holly’s expanded remit, these changes further strengthen our leadership team and position us brilliantly as we plan the next chapter of Little Dot Studios’ growth.”
