Little Dot Studios Bolsters Global Leadership

Little Dot Studios has strengthened its global leadership team with a host of U.S. co-managing director appointments and U.K. senior promotions.

In the U.S., the company has appointed Ben Arnold and Charles Wideska as co-managing directors of Little Dot Studios US. Arnold and Wideska will jointly lead the U.S. business, overseeing commercial growth and team development while working closely with the wider global leadership team to support Little Dot Studios’ international goals.

In the U.K., Monica Giurgiu has been upped to director of strategic operations, Katie Matthews has been elevated to director of client services, Fleur Fekkes has been promoted to head of creative production, Sarah Chinnery has been upped to head of advertising partnerships and Alice Hyde has been elevated to deputy general counsel.

“These promotions reflect both the growth of our business and the strength of the people who have helped build it,” said Dan Jones, CEO of Little Dot Studios and acting managing director of the U.S. office. “Ben and Charles have been instrumental in driving the success of our U.S. operation, and their appointments as co-managing directors set us up brilliantly for the next phase of expansion, particularly as 2025 was a standout year for the team. At the same time, our U.K. promotions recognize exceptional leaders whose work underpins our global offering from operations and client services through to creative, commercial partnerships, legal and business affairs. Promoting from within remains core to how we grow Little Dot Studios.”
