Jon Stewart Extends Late-Night Contract

Jon Stewart has extended his contract with Comedy Central to continue hosting The Daily Show through 2026.

Stewart will continue to host alongside The Daily Show’s news team, including Ronny Chieng, Josh Johnson, Jordan Klepper, Michael Kosta and Desi Lydic with Troy Iwata and Grace Kuhlenschmidt.

Stewart serves as executive producer with showrunner and executive producer Jen Flanz and Stewart’s long-time manager, James “Baby Doll” Dixon. The Daily Show will air weeknights at 11 p.m. on Comedy Central and the next day on Paramount+.
