Banijay Asia, Endemol Shine India Unveil Restructure

Banijay is restructuring the team at its Indian production outfits Banijay Asia and Endemol Shine India after consolidating both businesses under the leadership of Deepak Dhar.

Banijay took full control of Endemol Shine India this summer. The new structure under Dhar sees Rishi Negi serving as group COO, Mrinalini Jain as group chief development officer, Shyam Rathi as group CFO, Lalit Sharma as head of legal and Fiona Machado as head of HR.
