3DD Concludes New Central and Eastern European Deals

LONDON, May 31: Heading into this year’s DISCOP, 3DD
Entertainment has finalized a number of deals with key Central and Eastern
European broadcasters for several of its music and documentary titles.

On the music front, the Czech Republic’s Ceska Television
acquired An Evening with James Blunt and
Gorillaz: Demon Days Live in Manchester, while Kultura TV in Russia picked up Natalie Cole—Ask A
Woman Who Knows
.

The documentaries Woody Allen: A Life In Film and Scorsese on Scorsese were licensed to Viasat, while Ale Kino! in Poland
opted for the 6×1-hour series Sex & Silver Screen, about the history of censorship in the movies.

3DD Entertainment is heading into DISCOP with the
“rockumentary” film I Trust You To Kill Me, which follows Kiefer Sutherland as he takes his indie record label act,
Rocco DeLuca & the Burden on their first international tour. The company
will also offer Elvis: Close As A Brother and the new celebrity-themed documentary series Superstars, which has already been acquired by Ale Kino! and
Canal Plus in Poland.

In addition 3DD will also showcase a collection of 20 new HD
concerts from the likes of the Pussycat Dolls and Black Eyed Peas, a brand new
season of the popular music show London Live, and the 27th edition of the BBC’s Later…with
Jools Holland
