Revenues Slip, Loss Widens at Univision

NEW YORK, November 17: For the third quarter, revenues at
Univision Communications fell slightly to $511.3 million, while a $3.7 billion
impairment charge resulted in a net loss of $2.9 billion, as compared with the
year-ago loss of $26.8 million.

For the period, television revenues were $397.2 million,
radio revenues stood at $102.6 million and Internet revenues were flat at $11.5
million.

The impairment charge is in response to current adverse market
conditions.
