ZDF Enterprises (ZDFE) has revealed the program lineup for its 25th company anniversary at MIPCOM, where it will be launching the psychological thriller Tabula Rasa.

Tabula Rasa follows a woman with amnesia who is locked up in a psychiatric hospital, where she is accused of having been the last person to see a missing man. ZDFE is also going to be presenting the final season of Bron/Broen, the acclaimed crime drama made by Filmlance in Sweden and Nimbus Film in Denmark, and Summertime Madness, about a man experiencing a mid-life crisis and a young woman coming of age. “We are extremely proud of our new series and have already received a lot of positive feedback for them,” says Robert Franke, the VP of ZDFE.drama. “Our new titles [offer] an extraordinary experience for viewers, and those aired on ZDF created a huge fan base in Germany after their premieres.”

Regarding factual, the 4K UHD highlight Size Matters explains various scientific concepts and why certain things could never be different from how they are. Hitler’s Circle of Evil centers on the Nazis who competed for attention from the infamous dictator, while Big Pacific showcases a broad range of locations, species, natural phenomena and behaviors that can be found in the eponymous ocean. “ZDFE.factual has been known for all kinds of top documentaries for many years now, but it’s mainly the genres of history, science and wildlife that are highly esteemed among our international clients,” says Ralf Rückauer, the VP of ZDFE.factual at ZDF Enterprises. “Therefore, we’ve recently acquired a whole new bunch of high-end programs from these three genres, produced by some of the finest specialist factual production companies in the world.”

Meanwhile, The Manipulation Game: How Social Media Influence our Views is a docutainment program that reveals the major mechanisms of opinion shaping in social media.

“Our objective for MIPCOM is to offer our clients successful program presentations and events, the strengthening of existing customer relationships, the acquisition of new partners and, of course, the successful launch of our new titles through first sales,” adds Coridass.
