IM Global Television Enters Output Deal with IPC

LOS ANGELES: IM Global Television has secured an exclusive international output deal with The Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC), which is led by CEO Eli Holzman (Undercover Boss, Project Greenlight).

IM Global Television will handle original international sales, co-productions, format and finished tape sales of the company’s projects. IPC develops and produces TV, film, documentaries and interactive mobile content in partnership with broadcast and cable networks, as well as movie studios in the U.S. and international markets. The company was founded by Holzman with his longtime producing partner, Aaron Saidman.

This is IM Global Television’s first output deal in unscripted television.

IM Global’s founder and CEO, Stuart Ford, said, “Complementing the early success of our internal scripted business, unscripted television is a key area of growth for IM Global Television’s distribution business and I could not be more pleased to take a big step in that direction alongside our talented friends at IPC. Eli and Aaron are at the top of their craft and we can’t wait to properly introduce them and their formats to the broadcasters in the international marketplace.”

Eli Shibley, IM Global Television’s president of international distribution and co-productions, added, “Eli and Aaron have their fingers on the pulse of unscripted television in the world today, with a talent for developing, and more importantly, delivering transcendent television to a wide array of viewers. We are building this distribution business in a different way and are absolutely thrilled to have found like-minded collaborators in them and the rest of the IPC Team.”
