PPTV HD 36 in Thailand has inked a three-year deal with Talpa for the entire The Voice franchise, encompassing the flagship original plus the kids’ and senior versions.

The seventh season of The Voice Thailand will air this fall, with the sixth season of The Voice Kids arriving in 2019. The Voice Senior is getting its first Asian adaptation in Thailand. The brand-new extension has been licensed into Belgium, Spain, Russia, Germany and the Netherlands. The Thai editions will be produced by APJ&CO.

Surin Krittayaphongphun, president of Bangkok Media & Broadcasting (PPTV HD 36), said, “PPTV HD 36 holds the rights of The Voice for years to come as it aims to penetrate new audiences through the variety genre. Apart from the existing The Voice and The Voice Kids formats, it’s the first time in Thailand that The Voice Senior will be introduced to the Thai audience. Better yet, the show’s elements, from the production perspective, are much refreshed in order to woo more viewing demands for this upcoming season.”
