AsiaSat Taps Business Development & Strategy Head


Asia Satellite Telecommunications Company (AsiaSat) has appointed Michael Chan as director of business development and strategy.

Chan is taking over for Lara Kwok, who was elevated to VP of the team earlier this month. Chan has more than 15 years of experience in the TMT sector. Prior to joining AsiaSat, he worked for Emperor Motion Pictures as director of corporate development. He has also held senior positions at media and investment management companies.

Andrew Jordan, the president and CEO of AsiaSat, commented: “I am thrilled to have a fresh perspective in our business development and strategy team, and with Michael’s invaluable experience to deliver the strategies to grow the company.
