Zonemedia Acquires CBS Paramount Titles for Italian Channel

LONDON, October 26: Zonemedia’s recently launched Italian
channel Zone Fantasy has acquired a range of programming from CBS Paramount
International Television, including Twin Peaks and Star Trek The
Next Generation.

The channel also acquired Haunted and New Twilight Zone, as well as 20 TV movies. Alina Florea, the head of
acquisitions and programming, commented, “These are all tremendous shows with
massive cult appeal and we are delighted to offer them to our growing audiences
in Italy.”

Zonemedia launched Zone Fantasy on SKY Italia in May. Geared
towards viewers aged 16 to 45, it delivers fantasy adventure and science
fiction genres.
