NEW YORK: Wedding Central has commissioned the one-hour special William & Kate: The Wedding of the Century, to be co-produced with Twofour Broadcast and co-funded and distributed by DRG.

The special about the royal couple will premiere in April in the week leading up to the April 29 nuptials, kicking off a week-long on-air celebration of the event. The special will feature new and exclusive interviews with royal insiders and key experts, including cake makers, wedding planners, florists and caterers to hear their creative vision for the day.
