LOS ANGELES: FOX International Channels (FIC) Content Sales is heading to MIPCOM with a slate of specials, documentaries and dramas, including the M. Night Shyamalan project Wayward Pines.

Based on a novel by Blake Crouch, the show follows a Secret Service agent as he searches for two missing federal agents in the titular Idaho town. FIC Content Sales is set to sell all international TV windows, non-linear and home-entertainment rights for the show.

“With an outstanding cast and powerful storytelling from M. Night Shyamalan, Wayward Pines marks an exciting launch for FIC Content Sales,” said Simon Thomas, FIC executive VP of global sports and Content Sales. “We look forward to introducing the series and other top-rating FIC content to buyers at MIPCOM.”

Other highlighted titles include the miniseries event The ’90s: The Decade That Connected Us and the series Science of Stupid, both from National Geographic Channel. Also available will be the natural-history special Kingdom of the Apes, a two-hour program showcasing the primates that inspired Jane Goodall.
