Warner Bros. Reports Global Success for TV Series

BURBANK: A number of scripted series from Warner Bros. International Television have climbed to the top spot on the international networks they are airing on.

The Big Bang Theory was the number one overall series in Canada on CTV, averaging 4 million viewers. The show also garnered 1.8 million viewers in Germany, where it was the number one U.S. scripted series on Pro 7. It also ranked as the number one U.S. series on Nine in Australia.

Season four of The Mentalist was the number one U.S. series in France, averaging 8.9 million viewers on TF1. The show also averaged 3.5 million viewers on Sat.1 in Germany and was number one for U.S. scripted series on Le Sexta in Spain.

Person of Interest was the number one scripted series on City TV in Canada. It also ranked number one in its time period on TF1 in France, averaging 7 million viewers. In the U.K. it averaged 1.3 million viewers.

Season one of Arrow was the number one scripted U.S. series on Italia 1 in Italy and Veronica in the Netherlands. It was the number one U.S. scripted series one-hour program on Nine in Australia. Arrow averaged 1.4 million viewers on CTV in Canada.

The first season of The Following was the number one U.S. series on Sky Atlantic in the U.K. It was also the number one series in its prime-time period on CTV in Canada, with 1.7 million viewers.

Revolution was the number one series on Sky 1 in the U.K. and the number one new series on City TV in Canada.

The Vampire Diaries was the number one scripted U.S. series on ITV2 in the U.K.

Two and a Half Men ranked number one overall in prime time on CTV in Canada, averaging 2.4 million total viewers.
