Vongo Expands Concert Offerings

ENGLEWOOD, January 3: Starz Entertainment has acquired a
range of music programming from Eagle Rock Entertainment for Vongo, its
subscription video download service.

The deal brings 38 full-length Eagle Rock concerts to the
service, adding to the hundreds of other concerts and music documentaries
already available to Vongo subscribers. Vongo delivers content for playback on
Windows-based PCs, laptops, select portable media devices and TV, offering more
than 1,000 movies and 2,300 total video selections as well as a live, streaming
Starz TV channel for a monthly cost of $9.99.

Several of the Eagle Rock concerts debuted in December, and
the remaining will air throughout January. They include performances by The
Doors, Alicia Keys, The Pretenders, The Cure and The Who. Starz has the rights
to the Eagle Rock content for a two-year period. Several concerts will also be
available for individual PPV purchase for $0.99.

"Unlimited movie downloads put Vongo on the map in the
broadband universe, but concerts and music video programming have proven very
popular with our loyal customer base," said Joe Cantwell, the VP of
marketing, advanced services for Starz Entertainment. "The Eagle Rock
concerts offer great performances across many musical genres and have a
particular appeal to those who seek portability for their 'video on the
go.'"
