VOD Deal for BlueHighways TV

HENDERSONVILLE, October 27: BlueHighways TV, which offers
content on the people, stories, traditions and cultures of America, will launch
its VOD service as part of Insight Communications' new InsightDigital 2.0
offering.

The InsightDigital 2.0 digital cable service will be available
in all Insight markets by early November. Insight Communications is the 9th
largest MSO in the country. "We are pleased to begin offering our unique
blend of BlueHighways programs that explore the roots, cultures and pastimes of
this great nation to Insight systems in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and
Kentucky," said Stan Hitchcock, the chairman and CEO of BlueHighways TV.
"Furthermore we are thrilled to offer the video version of Woodsongs
Old Time Radio Hour,

Michael Johnathon, one of our showcase programs, based in the Insight community
of Lexington, Kentucky."

BlueHighways TV currently offers a total of 20 hours of
on-demand programming, refreshed monthly, through distributor TVN
Entertainment.
