V-me Slates March Premieres

NEW YORK: The U.S. Hispanic network V-me, which is celebrating its third anniversary in March, has more than two dozen new series joining its spring schedule.

There are five new drama series heading to V-me in prime time. The paranormal drama There’s Someone There will air on Mondays, while Tuesdays bring Be Good to Me, about a couple in midlife crisis. Wednesdays will showcase Dangerous Friendships, with Against Time and The Loot following on Thursdays and Fridays, respectively.

In addition to these new drama series, V-me has also slated some new entertainment. On Screen is a weekly cinema series, which will air on Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m. Estudio Billboard, V-me’s hit original music interview series, heads to Tuesdays at 10 p.m. Extreme Challenge will air Thursdays at 10 p.m. Supernatural Science will air Tuesdays at 9 p.m.

V-me is also showcasing a range of science and nature programming, with new series from National Geographic and the BBC, among others. V-me Planeta, the channel’s daily nature block, adds a number of new series to its lineup, including Unnatural History, which explores how humans’ interactions with animals have changed both species. Further march premieres include Built for Destruction and I Didn’t Know That.

New to the daytime slate are a range of lifestyle series. These include Pet.TV, Extreme Food, AM/PM and Beautiful Homes and Great Estates.

Coming in April, V-me will premiere Jorge Gestoso Investiga, a new weekly doc series. There’s also nightly prime-time news breaks of V-me Noticias, a new season of Oppenheimer Presenta and weekly international documentaries in Cronicas de Nuestro Tiempo.

For the channel’s kids’ slate, March premieres include Peep and Dibo.
