U.S. Series to be Available On Demand in Hong Kong

HONG
KONG, November 26: Disney-ABC International Television Asia Pacific and now TV
have completed a deal to make a selection of hit U.S. series, including Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy, available on demand to
Hong Kong viewers.

The new
service, called TV Series, makes programming available in high-definition and
standard-definition viewing formats to now TV subscribers via the now Select
SVOD option. As a new addition to now Select, TV Series will offer shows such
as Lost, Ugly Betty, Criminal Minds,
Ghost Whisperer and Alias. Additional U.S. series will be
made available to now TV subscribers at a later date.

with now TV, one of the world leaders in IPTV, we are providing viewers
on-demand access to our most critically-acclaimed and award-winning U.S.
network series," said Rob Gilby, the senior VP and managing director
of Disney-ABC International Television (Asia Pacific). "With the brand-new
TV Series service, we're putting control in the hands of the viewer in how and
when they catch up on their favorite shows. This reflects our continued
commitment to expanding the reach of our content across multiple
platforms."

PCCW's TV and
new-media executive VP, Janice Lee, added: "We are delighted to see
Disney-ABC International Television's television series launch as part of now
TV's now Select video-on-demand service. Hong Kong viewers can now select and
watch episodes of their choice according to their own busy schedules. This not

screens. We will also provide our customers with the option of viewing series
in high or standard definition. This will be the first time ever that Hong Kong
