Vuguru’s Prom Queen Finds Home with CW’s Digital Studio

BURBANK: The latest season of the Vuguru online series Prom Queen is getting its U.S. premiere through The CW’s digital studio, CWD, which is also debuting the all-new digital show CelebTV on The CW.

Developed and financed by Vuguru, Prom Queen: Homecoming is the last chapter in the hit franchise. The show follows the students at Edward Adams High as they struggle to find love, popularity and happiness. The online series is produced by Big Fantastic. Previous seasons of the Prom Queen franchise—Prom Queen, Prom Queen: Summer Heat and the prequel Sam Has 7 Friends—are also available to watch on CWTV.com.

CelebTV on The CW is a daily short-form entertainment series that provides viewers with the inside scoop on a range of CW stars. Kelli Zink hosts and Michelle Carney is executive producer. The series has garnered more than 1.5 billion video views to date.

CWD content will have its own vertical on CWTV.com. Content will also be distributed to The CW’s 50 million Facebook fans and as a pre-roll on The CW’s full-episode streams on CWTV.com and The CW’s YouTube channel.
