Video Interview: Broad City’s Amy Poehler, Ilana Glazer & Abbi Jacobson

NEW YORK: In this video interview, which is available with subtitles in Spanish, Mandarin and French, Broad City executive producer Amy Poehler and creators and stars Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson discuss the Comedy Central series.

The comedy Broad City was originally a web series before getting the TV treatment for Comedy Central. The show, about two women in their 20s living in New York City, was created by and stars Glazer and Jacobson, both of whom are alumni of the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) improv and sketch comedy group. Poehler, a founding member of UCB, serves as executive producer.

World Screen’s Anna Carugati recently sat down with Poehler, Glazer and Jacobson to discuss the comedy, which has been renewed for a ten-episode second season.
