USA Network Greenlights Another Comedy Pilot

NEW YORK: USA Network has given the go-ahead for the new original half-hour pilot Divide & Conquer, which comes on the heels of the network making its first comedy pickups, for Sirens and Playing House.

Divide & Conquer is a comedy about a family with four children who are all trying to find their way to adulthood. Peter Ocko (Fairly Legal, The Office, Pushing Daisies) is writing and executive producing. The pilot is from Universal Cable Productions.

In addition to Sirens and Playing House, USA Network previously greenlit the pilot Love is Dead. The network’s first original comedies are set to premiere in the first quarter of 2014, following the off-network launch of Modern Family on USA Network on September 24.
