TV Land Orders More of Two Original Series

NEW YORK: TV Land has commissioned a second season of The Soul Man and a third season of The Exes, adding to its lineup of original programming.

Starring Cedric "The Entertainer" and Niecy Nash, The Soul Man, which premiered earlier this year, is about an R&B star who traded in his microphone for a Bible to become a minister. The Exes, led by Donald Faison, Wayne Knight, David Alan Basche, Kelly Stables and Kristen Johnston, follows the lives of three roommates.

Each show is scheduled to begin airing new 10-episodes seasons in June.
