Syfy Unveils January 2014 Schedule

NEW YORK: Syfy is slated to broadcast seven new and returning original shows this January, including Helix, an upcoming thriller from executive producer Ronald D. More (Battlestar Galactica).

A two-episode debut of Helix is scheduled for Friday, January 10 at 10 p.m. The new competitive reality series Opposite Worlds will being airing on Tuesday, January 21 at 10 p.m. Bitten, a new supernatural drama, is making its debut at 10 p.m. on Monday, January 13. That same night will see the return of Lost Girl and Being Human at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m., respectively.

The season six premiere of Face Off, another competitive reality show, will air on Tuesday, January 14 at 9 p.m., while new episodes of the unscripted paranormal program Ghost Hunters are set to begin broadcasting at the same time on Wednesday, January 22. 

In addition, Syfy has lined up its annual New Year's Twilight Zone marathon for December 31 to January 1.
