Starz Working on New Dramedy Series

BEVERLY HILLS: Starz has put into development the new half-hour dramedy Heartbeats from Hypnotic's Doug Liman and Dave Bartis and Universal Cable Productions.

From writers Ben York Jones and Michael Mohan, Heartbeats is about the intersecting and diverging lives of two individuals who are perfect for each other, if only they had met at a different time. The episode format will explore their story by alternating the focus on each character.

Liman (Covert Affairs, Suits, The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, The Bourne Ultimatum) and Bartis (Suits, Covert Affairs) will serve as executive producers, along with co-executive producers and writers Jones (Like Crazy, Breathe In) and Mohan (Save the Date).
