BEVERLY HILLS: Starz has elevated C. Brett Marottoli to VP of program acquisitions, a promotion that will see the exec oversee all movie and TV content programming acquisitions for Starz Networks’ premium pay-TV offerings.

The exec will play a lead role in developing and executing the strategic direction for content licensing and managing studio relations for the associated first-run output and library film content. In her integrated role, she will also be responsible for content acquisition for the Starz Distribution home video, digital and worldwide distribution businesses. Marottoli will be based in the company’s Colorado headquarters.
