Shed Media Bolsters U.S. Development Team

BURBANK: Shed Media in the U.S. has appointed Dan Snook as senior VP of development and Dave Kuba as VP of development.

Snook previously served as the senior VP of development at Firecracker Films, where he contributed to such series as TLC’s Gypsy Sisters, Discovery’s Zombie Apocalypse and Lifetime’s The Preachers Wives. Prior to that he was the senior VP for Eyeworks USA, where he developed Spike’s Bar Rescue, MTV’s I Used to Be Fat and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition.

Kuba most recently held the post of senior director of development at High Noon Media. In that role he developed such programs as Collection Intervention on Syfy, Making Mr. Right on VH1 and Catch and Release, which is slated for broadcast on The Discovery Channel. Before that he spent a decade working as a freelance producer for a number of companies, including FOX, NBC and Bunim/Murray, to name a few.
