Ovation Unveils Highlights for January Lineup

SANTA MONICA: This month Ovation is slated to air a number of artistic series, films and documentaries, including Manet: The Man Who Invented Modern Art.

The ninth season of So You Think You Can Dance is scheduled to debut on January 4. On January 6 the channel will broadcast Madonna: Truth or Dare, a documentary focused on the Queen of Pop’s 1990 "Blond Ambition" tour. Song by Song: Johnny Cash, an original series, will run on January 13, while Dance School: Julliard, a three-part docuseries, is scheduled for January 21.

Other titles to air this month include the movie The Scapegoat and the documentaries Who The #$&% is Jackson Pollock and Rize, all of which are set to air on January 22, January 24 and January 28, respectively. In addition, the first two seasons of Artstar, a reality series that premiered late last month, will be broadcast in January.
