Original Programming to Lead ABC Family’s Summer Lineup

BURBANK: This summer ABC Family is scheduled to premiere the new original series Dancing Fools, The Fosters, Twisted and The Vineyard, alongside new episodes of returning original shows.

Hosted by Melissa Peterman, Dancing Fools is a comedy clips program that will debut on May 29 at 9 p.m. The Fosters, a family drama focused on two mothers raising a combination of biological and foster children, is set for June 3 at 9 p.m. The mystery drama Twisted is about a 16-year-old with a troubled past. It will premiere on June 11 at 9 p.m. The Vineyard, a coming-of-age docu-soap, is slated for broadcast on July 24 at 9 p.m.

The network will also begin airing the new seasons of Melissa & Joey and Baby Daddy on May 29; as well as Switched at Birth and Pretty Little Liars on June 10 and June 11, respectively.
