Objective Media Group America Bolsters Leadership Team

Objective Media Group America, an All3Media America company, has bolstered its leadership team with the promotion of Jilly Pearce to president and Michael Beilinson to senior VP of development.

Pearce, who joined Objective Media Group America as executive VP in 2017, will continue to lead the company. Under her supervision, it has expanded its output with a cross-genre mix of original series and adaptations of hit formats. Recent pick-ups include the upcoming game show Lingo, hosted by RuPaul, and the multicultural cooking competition The Great American Recipe.

Prior to joining the company, Pierce was commissioning editor of formats for Channel 4, where she oversaw series such as Seven Year Switch, Hunted, LEGO Masters and Made in Chelsea. She has also served as head of TV for Pulse Films, director of development for MTV and executive producer for Maverick Television.

Beilinson joined Objective Media Group America in 2017 as director of development before being promoted to VP in 2019. During his time with the company, he has developed numerous titles, including 12 Dates of Christmas, Great Balloon Bomb Invasion, Worst Cooks in America: Dirty Dishes and many more. He has more than 15 years of experience as a creator and producer of unscripted TV.
