New Shows, Returning Series Part of TNT’s Summer Slate

ATLANTA: TNT has unveiled its roster of summer shows, which is scheduled to include three new series and a slew of returning titles.

The new programs debuting on the network are the 1960s-set police drama Public Morals, from executive producer Steven Spielberg; Proof, starring Jennifer Beals and Matthew Modine, with actress Kyra Sedgwick as executive producer; and Cold Justice: Sex Crimes, the first spinoff of the real-life crime series Cold Justice.

The channel will also air new seasons of The Last ShipRizzoli & Isles, Major Crimes and Murder in the First. TNT will also present the fifth and final season of the sci-fi drama Falling Skies, along with a new season of the undercover drama Legends.

Besides their linear broadcast, each of the shows on the summer slate will be available via VOD and digital on-demand, including the TNT Drama website and the Watch TNT mobile and tablet apps. Those episodes will be made available the day after they debut on linear television.
