NBC Shuffles Midseason Lineup, Gives Slot to Community

UNIVERSAL CITY: The comedy 1600 Penn, the drama Deception and the reality series Ready for Love have been slated to premiere midseason on NBC, which is also bringing back Community in February. 

The fate of Community had been somewhat uncertain, after many speculated that it would not be renewed, and once the renewal came its premiere was delayed. The comedy will return on February 7. 

The new drama Deception, formerly titled Infamous, debuts January 7. The comedy 1600 Penn, from the director of Modern Family, kicks off January 10. The new alternative series Ready for Love, from executive producer Eva Longoria, makes its debut on March 31.
