NATPE Spotlight: MarVista Entertainment

Another Christmas Coincidence, which aired in the U.S. on Hallmark Channel, is one of MarVista Entertainment’s new holiday titles.

The story follows a man and woman who keep running into each other during the holidays and learn to balance their newfound attraction to one another with their complicated work lives.

Love at Daisy Hills, another offering showcased on the MarVista slate, is a feel-good romance that centers on a woman who has to work with her ex-boyfriend in order to save her family’s general store. “It is a classic love story that we know will resonate with viewers around the world,” says Michol Hatwan, the company’s director of distribution.

The missing-persons tale Fatal Deceit rounds out the highlights, as a single mother must fight to prove her daughter, who vanished, is alive. “We are excited to unveil to buyers an all-new slate of 13 movies in the holiday, romance, young adult and thriller genres,” adds Hatwan.
