NATPE Sees Year-on-Year Attendance Gains

LOS ANGELES: With a total of 5,122 attendees from 70 countries, this year’s NATPE market and conference grew its numbers for attendance, buyers, exhibitors and countries represented.

The number of exhibitors and buyers grew, with 293 global exhibiting companies and 823 content buyers and acquisitions execs. The conference program included 262 speakers in 67 sessions, special events and networking opportunities. The conference sessions were also streamed: over three days, online viewers watched the panels via 1.03 million streams, an 111-percent increase from 2011.
