Mission Pictures Makes Successful Hallmark Original Movie Available

VAN NUYS: Leading off Mission Pictures International’s slate for MIPTV is Our Wild Hearts, which became the second highest rated original movie in Hallmark Channel’s history with its premiere.

The TV movie, which also ranks as the network’s second most-watched original film, was written and directed by Ricky Schroeder (Silver Spoons, NYPD Blue), who also stars. The coming-of-age drama is about a teen who moves to Malibu to live with her father on a horse ranch.

Mission Pictures is presenting the film alongside the surfing drama The Perfect Wave, which is soon to be released in U.S. theaters, and The Lost Medallion, which had its theatrical run in the U.S. this spring.
