MGM Extends Home-Entertainment Pact with 20th Century Fox

LOS ANGELES: MGM has renewed its global home-entertainment deal with Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment through June 2020.

Fox will continue to oversee marketing and distribution services for Blu-ray and DVD. The company will also manage the operations and marketing of digital HD and transactional VOD for MGM’s film library, which includes the hit Bond and Rocky franchises, as well as Blu-ray and DVD for such MGM series as Vikings. Twentieth Century Fox and MGM have been partnering for home entertainment since 1999.
