Melissa Rivers to Co-Host E!’s Fashion Police

LOS ANGELES: Fashion Police is returning to E! with Melissa Rivers tapped as co-host alongside Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goresky.

Additionally, the trio will be accompanied by a rotating pair of celebrity guests. The Wilshire Studios series returns for six episodes starting August 31 with coverage of MTV’s Video Music Awards. Rivers has served as the title’s executive producer, and also created the Red Carpet franchise which she co-hosted with her mother, the late Joan Rivers.

“As an executive producer since the beginning, Melissa helped shape Fashion Police into an iconic TV series that couples fashion with comedy,” said Jeff Olde, the executive VP of programming and development for E!. “We are pleased to now also feature Melissa in front of the Fashion Police cameras, as she joins returning panelists Giuliana and Brad. And with the added flavor of rotating panelists, the show will deliver fresh, different and unpredictable fashion reviews with each new episode.”

Production on the show had been suspended earlier this year following the exits of Kelly Osbourne and then Kathy Griffin, who had joined the show after the death of Joan Rivers.
