MarVista Entertainment Finds U.S. DVD Partner

DENVER/LOS ANGELES: MarVista Entertainment has partnered with House Lights Media to bring DVD content to the U.S.

Through the deal, House Lights Media will release several MarVista films to the North American DVD market each year. The first two titles to debut will be My Dad Is Scrooge and Another Christmas Kiss with a DVD release date of December 8. MarVista will retain television and digital distribution rights.

“House Lights Media is uniquely positioned to leverage their more than 20 years of home-entertainment expertise to bring our robust slate of family movies to the consumer market,” commented Vanessa Shapiro, the executive VP of distribution at MarVista. “We are now producing over 50 movies per year, and this partnership will further our means to provide content to audiences in the format of their choosing across the U.S. and Canada.”
