LOS ANGELES: Maker Studios is teaming up with the lifestyle brand NYLON to collaborate on original programming, the first of which will be the drama Oh, You Pretty Things!, starring Francesca Eastwood.

Maker and NYLON will be working on originals for the NYLON TV YouTube channel and other cross-platform ventures. Kicking off the initiative is Oh, You Pretty Things!, which marks Maker's first-ever scripted drama series. The ten-episode drama follows a group of twentysomething trendsetters who are looking for their big break in the underground music and fashion scene on the Eastside of L.A. The show will debut on May 19 on Maker's fashion and beauty network The Platform. Ancillary content will debut on The Platform, NYLON TV and Maker Music channels. Select content will also be found at NylonMag.com.

“NYLON has a distinct point of view on all things lifestyle and is a clear partner for Maker and The Platform,” said Erin McPherson, the chief content officer at Maker Studios. “Oh, You Pretty Things! is a celebration of music and fashion, and we are excited to team up with NYLON to bring audiences a new take on the ‘Millennial drama.’”

“We are thrilled to partner with a forward-thinking company like Maker,” added Marvin Scott Jarrett, NYLON founder and editor-in-chief. “Together we will create innovative content that resonates with our key audiences and provide entertainment for viewers who define our cultural zeitgeist.”
