L.A. Screenings Spotlight: Fox Networks Group Content Distribution

The criminal activity and big secrets of one of Mexico’s most influential families are at the center of Here on Earth (Aquí en la Tierra), a Latin American political thriller on offer from Fox Networks Group Content Distribution (FNGCD).

The crime drama stars Gael García Bernal, who executive produces and also directed an episode. The espionage thriller Deep State, meanwhile, was recently greenlit for a second season. A further highlight is the new series In Another Life (Adi: Zehra), about family and relationships. “It also has elements of a thriller,” says Prentiss Fraser, the executive VP and managing director of FNGCD. “Good family melodramas that evoke real emotions have rated well locally, but this show’s central mystery will give it a real edge when it comes to gripping audiences and locking viewers in.”
