L.A. Screenings Spotlight: A+E Networks

The story of the Knights Templar is at the center of the drama Knightfall, which A+E Networks will be showcasing at the L.A. Screenings.

“Premium storytelling is what makes a script come alive on screen,” says Helen Jurado, the senior director of content sales for Latin America and U.S. Hispanic at A+E Networks. “That’s the motivation behind A+E Networks’ newest scripted series, Knightfall.”

Bride & Prejudice, meanwhile, takes a look at modern relationships as couples decide to get married despite strong opposition from family and friends. “Our formats give viewers authentic, intelligent content that reflects the cultural zeitgeist,” Jurado says of the show.

A+E Networks is also presenting Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath. “Leah tells the story of her dramatic and often painful personal journey through Scientology, from joining at age 9 to abruptly leaving 34 years later,” explains Jurado.

“A+E Networks delivers programs that are disruptive and buzzworthy,” she adds.
