ATLANTA: At TNT and TBS, Kristie Moomey has been elevated to VP of post-production for unscripted programming and digital extensions.

In her new role, Moomey will work out of Los Angeles under Ron Binkowski, the VP of post production for TNT and TBS. She will manage all post-production activities for unscripted series, including TNT’s Boston’s Finest, The Hero and 72 Hours, and Who Gets the Last Laugh? on TBS. She will also supervise post-production and digital programming for both networks.

Moomey was first hired by Turner Broadcasting as a production coordinator in 2000. She later held such positions as manager of production and post production, director and senior director of post production. Prior to joining the company, Moomey was a coordinator of feature estimating at MGM Studios. Before that she worked for NBC Studios and Rysher Entertainment.

"Kristie is a master when it comes to understanding post-production processes and effectively communicating Turner’s needs to the producers of our shows," said Sandra Dewey, the executive VP and head of business affairs for Turner Entertainment Networks and Cartoon Network Originals. "I’m confident she will continue to excel as she brings her trademark hard work and creativity to a larger leadership role."
