TORONTO: Breakthrough Entertainment's animated series Producing Parker is headed to the U.S. through a deal with Hulu, where it becomes available on both the free and paid services.

The series features the voice of Sex and the City's Kim Cattrall. Each episode looks at the behind-the-scenes antics of The Dee Show, a fictional daytime talk show that sells viewers the myth of "having it all."

Producing Parker is now available on the free, ad-supported Hulu and paid Hulu Plus subscription service.

Producing Parker is a smart and sharp-as-a-knife parody with memorable and unique characters devised by Canada’s best comedic talent,” said Nat Abraham, the president of distribution for Breakthrough Entertainment. “We’re committed to pushing the boundaries of what ‘grown-up’ animation can accomplish and look forward to introducing Producing Parker into the U.S. by working with Hulu.”
