How I Met Your Father Renewed for Season Two

Hulu has ordered a 20-episode second season of the How I Met Your Mother sequel, How I Met Your Father.

The series begins with Sophie telling her son the story of how she met his father, catapulting viewers back to 2022, during which Sophie and her group of friends are figuring out who they are, what they want out of life and how to fall in love in the age of dating apps.

Written by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, the series stars Hilary Duff, Christopher Lowell, Francia Raisa, Suraj Sharma, Tom Ainsley and Tien Tran. Executive producers for the 20th Television production are Aptaker, Berger, Carter Bays, Craig Thomas, Pam Fryman and Adam Londy, with Duff serving as producer.
