HBO Renews Girls

LOS ANGELES: HBO has made a third-season commitment for 12 new episodes of Girls, which recently scored two Golden Globes.

The show’s second season debut has exceeded a gross audience of 3.8 million viewers. Girls took the Golden Globe win for best comedy series and best performance by an actress, for Lena Dunham. Dunham is also the show’s creator and one of its executive producers.
