GroupM Entertainment Names Programming EVP

NEW YORK: GroupM Entertainment has named Adam Pincus, formerly of MediaCom, as its executive VP of programming and production for North America, reporting to global CEO Peter Tortorici.
 
He's charged with overseeing all programming development and production for GME North America's investments in TV and digital content, and will be involved in developing new financing models and creative oversight. He was most recently managing partner at MediaCom.

Earlier in his career he ran his own production company, Hour One, and exec-produced the Sundance Channel series Nimrod Nation. He is a former SVP of on-air, original programming and new media at Sundance Channel.
